EMPLOYMENT OF IRAQI PERSONNEL

The core of JSI’s operational effectiveness is the recruitment, screening, training and employment of Iraqi manpower. The local knowledge provided by Iraqi personnel ensures that JSI’s operations can run smoothly. Effective use of local manpower also greatly assists in liaison with the GOI as it exercises more sovereignty.
