QUALIFICATIONS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE
JSI operates in complete compliance with legal requirements in Iraq. JSI is registered with the Iraqi Ministry of Interior as company No. 4. JSI is also registered to operate as an armed security company in the region of Kurdistan.
RULES OF ENGAGEMENT AND USE OF FORCE
JSI is fully compliant with Iraqi, US State Department and US Department of Defence rules of engagement, use of force and escalation of force procedures. All JSI employees are required to sign a disclaimer to the effect that they have read and understand such orders.
COMPANY DETAILS
- JSI can legally operate as an armed security company under license of the Iraqi MOI.
- All employees have MOI ID cards and Weapons badges
- All expatriate employees are issued with MNFI / DoD badges.
- We comply fully with all arming policy and the rules of engagement.
- JSI is a member of the Private Security Company Association of Iraq (PSCAI).
- JSI is registered with the Iraqi Ministry of Trade.
- JSI has a full Environmental, Health and Safety program (EHS).
- All JSI employees are bound by the JSI employee handbook including our policy on drugs and alcohol.
- JSI maintains generic umbrella response plans for emergency situations in Iraq.
